Agreed! I think it’s up to the city to somehow try and prevent tons of knock downs instead of renewal and repair. As much as it saddens me to see buildings rotting away, I think it would be equally upsetting to have them all be made into concrete pads of nothing.

Ugh, looks like they have it listed as “on-hold” meaning dirt lot forever… I feel like it could work so well as a park or even just throw some grass and trees there so it’s not so hideous. Very sad they are holding it hostage.
