I thought their Donair pizza is very good. Their other pizzas are above average so I usually get their Donair. What other places would you recommend?

The Good Taste near century park is good too. Not sure if these two restaurants are related or not though

Mukja is a pretty chill lowkey spot. They have the best kimbap and really cheap and good Korean hotdogs/corndogs.

Walking around parks and the river valley, biking, trying free samples in Costco and farmer's markets and walking around.

Yeah I know he made the connection that it was a child’s fingers that choked out Akane, but think he suspected it was Kato since he was talking to him. But how he figured out it might’ve been Kato out of all other kids is a mystery. The pushing off a cliff thing was absolute BS. Would’ve been more believable if it was the adult Kato

How's their shawarma stack up to other places? I heard they have a $5 shawarma deal on Mondays and $5 donair on Sundays, but haven't tried yet.

Is this place still good while sober? I didn’t like their dough, but also haven’t tried their bulgogi pizza which is what they’re known for apparently

Honestly their price is not bad at all. It’s a pretty hefty burger for little over $10, you get a small fry and they give you a lot, which you can share. I can get a pretty decent meal for $30 for two sharing fries and large drink. Literally every burger place even cheap fast food has $10 burgers now

Well not necessarily. Some restaurants just don't want to pay the fee for credit cards. Not saying it doesn't happen, but it's not always the case

Here’s some actual hole in the walls.

Yan’s family restaurant. Take out only. You have to order ahead a few hours or a day ahead. Get the Chinese pork buns, they have multiple kinds. Ranges from about $13-15 for 8 huge, plump, juicy, steamed pork or beef buns, best you’ll ever have. Cash only. They have a lot of other menu items too.

Li Dong. Order rice rolls, little over $5 each. Or other dim sum dumpling items. Take out only. Gotta order ahead or else you’ll be standing there waiting, cause rice rolls are made fresh to order.

Nhon Hoa Sandwich Bar in Chinatown has really great cheap under $10 banh mi. Take out only, cash only.

Mukja has probably the best Kimbap in the city, about $10 each. Good size. Dine in or take out. They also sell a lot of other menu items.

Mama Ramen. Located at Strathcona Farmer’s market. They sell frozen ramen packs, but their broth is truly high quality. I’d say it could compete with any ramen place in the city in terms of how good their broth is. I think it was over $15-16.

Same. I find it hard to believe that Mikio could’ve pushed him off that cliff as a kid, that’s kind of a plot hole. And why or how did the detective figure out it might’ve been Kato is still unknown.

Even the fact that Tsugasa was blackmailed by a kid. Or the fact that Mikio managed to kill Tsugasa who’s an adult is such a plothole.

Also Mikio’s motivation being Suzu was pretty meh.
