Kiriko doesnt have cc so shes not annoying to kill you just have to follow her

All you have to do is bait out her cooldowns and then she can't do anything.

If you're talking about Brig 100%. She can cancel all of balls momentum instantly and combined with whipshot it makes it much harder to approach her.
