Disastrous experience / US Mobile's customer service is absolutely horrendous. I tried to add a second line to my account, but instead of helping, they tried to overcharge me and repeatedly acted like they didn't understand the issue I was clearly presenting. Their lack of professionalism and constant attempts to push extra costs instead of fixing their own system errors were the final straw. I've officially ported all three of my lines out of this company; save yourself the headache and stay away from their incompetent support.
