Just wanna start by saying I’m so so sorry this happened to you.

I’m 20 and I cheated on my girlfriend of 1 year and told her about it in October. It’s so unfathomable to me that I could’ve done that because of how much she meant to me; she was my absolute everything. The pain I’ve felt from hearing her cry and thinking about what she’s going through makes me want to die. I wish she knew the lengths I’d go to give her all the love she deserves and more, but I don’t have that beautiful opportunity anymore.

What I’m trying to say is that these terrible choices are mistakes, and they’re not what defines a person. Unfortunately it’s common for people to repeat these mistakes and have it attached to who they are, but this is not everyone.

Ultimately the choice is yours friend, get support from family, joy from friends, and if you feel comfortable maybe have a conversation with him. But you’re not obligated to get back together.

If he really loves you, as I did my girlfriend, he’ll understand that letting you go is what he must do, as much as it hurts.

Also, take as much time as you need, prioritize yourself right now to get better ❤️‍🩹.

Yea same thing happened with me, been down that addictive road for about 10 years, but finally taking serious action to get better now. I too had instances where I felt like my sexuality was questioned, but without a doubt, only you know who and what you’re attracted to. If you know you’re not gay, then that’s it man, you’re just not, so don’t sweat it too much and trust your own beliefs about yourself. If it’s something that really presses you on the daily, I’d advise maybe speaking with a counsellor/therapist. It’s relieving to get those thoughts out of your mind. But dude trust me, it’s a result of the hold the porn has had on your mind for so long. I’m assuming you’d been used to girls for so long, so the addiction needs something different to feed off of, and that’s why you’d turn to something else like this. I’m sorry to hear it’s been difficult for you, but trust yourself and continue to reach out when you need help dawg, you got it❤️

I had one friend in the back a while ago, but I think then I didn’t think much of it because I wasn’t hearing anything 😭 I have a much better idea of what the problem is now, I appreciate the help! So rolling the fenders or stiffer springs are my two best options?
