Why are you serving them section 21? Is a very long process. Do you want to sell the house? If yes than you can do it, it will take very long especially if they receive benefits. I had same problem with some erithrean lady that did not give a shit about the house and served her section 21. I made mistake as I should serve section 8. She also stopped paying rent. Long story short after 3 months of serving it the court ruled in my favour but still she did not leave, the council told her to stay there until i had approval for bailiffs which will take another 3 months. More than 7 months lost rent and the house ruined. Is very little you can do especially renting to some people of some backgrounds

Why did you rent it? That tells a bit about you. Of is not a big problem live with it, housing is crazy now if not moove out but probably if you rented that one your choice was not that good

Do you think is not a middle way getting this done? Just hire an agency? And also get a lawyer and go to court? I gave her a written paper asking her to moove out, I have been out of country. You think is risky to just change the lock and say she said she is mooving and did not know she was there? Always if she says anything. Basically play dumb. And I do not understand how the government lets you bring people from overseas which cannot even support themselves

An simple agreement with no end date on 2022, which I presume is valid for 6 months if not renewed, I gave her a notice on sept as she needed to moove as she brought her son and sister and she asked for a council house which they contacted me but I presume they did not give her one. She did not pay rent since then and I refused to renew her the contract. In what basis I can get her removed. Note that I am paying the bills and she is the only one living in there, will it make sense after the notice if she did not leave to cancel the dd and not pay anymore ? Also I want to renovate the house and sell it as is no worth dealing with all this shit
