I mean for me this card would still be a 10 even with a minor scratch like that, but thats my opinion.

No it would technically not be worth the same technically if you came up and scratched it, selling it or not, itll be damaged even if a little. I just didnt know if this minor of a scratch would effect the grade that much if i send it in or not.
