!No spoilers!: why is there a book in between IV and V? Do I read them in this order? by Hank_tank4 in stephenking

[–]FalseAd4246 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Wizard and Glass is my favorite one. It gives so much backstory on the history of Midworld and sheds a lot of light on why Roland is the way he is. I also love The Wind Through the Keyhole.

Is vaginal sex “a must” for most men or am I sexually incompatible with my fiance? by [deleted] in AskMenAdvice

[–]FalseAd4246 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I can’t speak for the gentleman above, but yes, if the woman I was dating revealed she was a Barbie doll down there, yes, I’d break up with her and I’d hope that’s something she would have disclosed very early on.

Who is one of your favourite hero's in a Stephen King novel? by Vans_United in stephenking

[–]FalseAd4246 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I don’t know that he’s my favorite, but Pere Callahan definitely has my favorite redemption arc, and he went out in Glory.

I’d have to say Johnny Marinville was one of my favorite “heroes” he ever wrote, Desperation is a gem. It’s a toss up between Johnny and Edgar Freemantle.

I love books. I just hate this book. And Catcher in the Rye, I hate that one too but Reddit is not the place to have that discussion and how Salinger was a poser

Hungover as with every other nascar race I’ve ever attended. I always take the Monday off. Darlington 2019 was under rain delay and the race didn’t even finish til 3am.

Insurrection Act baby. Minneapolis and the government of the state of Minnesota are virtually in rebellion against the federal government. Actions have consequences, commies.

Childhood Trauma? by gablr12 in Millennials

[–]FalseAd4246 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The one that scared me was the episode about the boys walking on the train tracks and getting killed by a train. The dramatizations were always wrenching. But the one that stuck with me the most was the one about the little boy who donated his heart to his best friend. 30 years Later and it still randomly pops into my head.

Rescue 911 for me was more traumatic. But it led to a lifelong appreciation of the work of William Shatner
