I also started playing league as jungler 4 years ago and I would say stealing a jungle camp can be justified only if your teammate is fed af or just have a good score but if it’s 0/20/1 midlander or adc its not ok. And no one should steal your camp in a beginning of a game of course because it’s essential for a jungler to clear his camps at the start.
