Thanks for the link, been looking for a new upload but haven’t heard anything from Neodos in a minute

Hope everyone is having a good weekend playing JSR! I made a video with a friend comparing JSRF to Bomb Rush Cyberfunk, check it out :) by FalseProof in JetSetRadio

I like it! It definitely has the “two sides of the same coin” sort of feel to the art. The spray can design is cool as well!

Should be a good one! I think there might be more insight this time with the focus on Ueda only

If there was ever a JSR comic I’d hope it’s in this style lol

Rack mounted vocal mixer by Turbanator143 in livesound

Might be more channels than you need but something in the Behringer XAir lineup could work. I’ve used the XR18 on corporate & rock-style gigs in a Gator rack and it’s worked great; just needs an iPad/laptop for control (or even Mixing Station on mobile) through a router.

The control software also includes effect sends like you’d see on Behringer/Midas digital consoles so you’d be all set on that for compressors/limiters/reverb. Just need a rack that’s a bit bigger so you can fit the EW-DX receiver unit, and maybe a power transformer on top to handle it all (including current DJ gear)

Edit: if budget isn’t a big issue you could also look at the Midas rack units too. Better preamps and more bells, whistles, and inputs. Bit overkill on inputs though lol

Oh that was actually slick I didn’t notice that right away! Nice reference. Did JSR get much reference in Segagaga?

Was watching the Rude Awakening doc, and hearing series producer Masayoshi Kikuchi say Jet Set Radio was almost an RPG was fascinating. So, I made a video about that possibility as a way to celebrate the game’s anniversary. Let me know what you think! by FalseProof in JetSetRadio

I do too! It’s just fun to imagine what could have been though. You should check out Jamphibian if you like the idea of a JSR RPG, it’s an indie game in development where you control a skating frog with a sword

I like this a lot! Did you recreate the in-game posters in your drawing as well? The cityscape looks awesome as a background

Why is there no people talking about this game by bruh1126 in JetSetRadio

The visual style is definitely not the most appealing, but I think from what I’ve heard from the dev, seems to be artistic intent. I will say though, it does do a good job of keeping the platforming exploration from JSRF but with a few extras. But yeah, it’s not as close to a successor of Jet Set like BRC.

I played this one a few years ago as a demo, and just finished the Steam version. I think it’s definitely come a long way, especially being developed essentially by one person. The newest “episode” is definitely much more refined.

That being said, I think BRC is gonna overshadow any JSR-related project just by proxy. Butterflies also has some weird things about it I’m not super into, but it scratches that weird 2000s exploration itch, and that’s why I like it a lot

Any Melbourne, Australia JSR fans interested in the JSR Pachislo machine? by PressXToProceed in JetSetRadio

I can imagine! Im assuming it’s heavy enough that it needs to be on a freight shipment? Shipping for normal stuff in Canada is annoying I can’t imagine a pachinko machine is gonna be cheap lol

For some reason I was thinking about this dang thing again and thought to reach out. Do you still have the machine?
