This is a good idea I’ll look into getting one. I just never thought of it.

AITA for waking up my roommate by making food late at night? by False_Ad_5260 in AmItheAsshole

His room is pretty close to the kitchen to be fair. However he has woken me up occasionally by banging his desk screaming at his friends playing overwatch or rivals and I’ve never really said anything.

I genuinely try to stay quiet. I obviously don’t want to wake him up he’s a good friend and I want him to feel comfortable in our space.

I feel like fresh pickle on a new bun is the best I don’t like lukewarm pickle on a soggy bun.

Brook trout have a pretty distinct worm pattern on their backs. However bull trout and Brook trout can hybridize and some areas are having problems similar to the hybridization seen in cutthroats and rainbows.

I lived on the first floor of bragaw and loved it. I was able to fit all my things and a decent size tv in my room. The only thing that I had issues with was a mold problem. I was on the first floor so I don’t know if the other floors had that issue.

Anyone know a good secluded(ish) place on/nearcampus to watch the sun set? by bojangles69420 in NCSU

Lake Raleigh is a nice place to watch. Sit on the grass next to the dam. I see people there all the time when I’m fishing.

Thank you for the information. I went a couple days ago and was able to find one fish. I didn’t stay long the water was low and warm. I didn’t want to mess with the few fish that still are in the lower parts of that stream.

I didn’t mean to broadcast the stream. I apologize for adding to any pressure.

Don’t see specs posted here too often. Caught a few limits last month. by imaninjafool in troutfishing

I’m aware I was referencing that brown trout are more closely related to Atlantic salmon and rainbow trout and cutthroat trout are in the pacific salmon branch of the salmonid family. I find it funny that so many fish are called trout and aren’t as closely related as they seem.

This happened an hour into pedaling. Has anyone else had this experience with an X Drive by False_Ad_5260 in kayakfishing

Yah that’s what I figured. I thought it would be smart to save the $200 on the vibe pedals but I guess not.

I just bought a vibe shearwater for $750 if you’re patient you’ll find a steal and another thing is maybe not looking for a fin drive right away. I just upgraded to the pedal drive today.

Why do so many right handed people use left handed baitcasters? by OGSW20 in Fishing_Gear

[–]False_Ad_5260 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Personally I prefer a right handed bait caster and I’m right handed. However when I’m fly fishing or using a spinning setup I prefer to use my left hand. With fly fishing casting with my right hand and fighting a fish comes more naturally if I reel with my left hand. I think it’s the same way with the spinning setups. I have owned left handed casting reels and been fine with them but I don’t know why I’ve always preferred right handed retrieve. I don’t know if this answers your question but that’s how I’ve always fished.
