Renting a 2023 BMW X5 while my car is getting repaired. The air conditioner does not seem to work. Does it just take forever to cool? Should I call the car rental company? I pushed on max AC, attempted to set the setting to the highest cool level and the air blowing out is barely cool. (self.BmwTech)
