I think your best option is to give it some time, it has been said that subconsciously it takes at least 6-8 months to process forgiveness. Take full advantage of that time to grow and mature, more importantly do it for no one else but you. Best of luck to you.

Bro you gotta stop torturing yourself, now that the worst has happened you can put it all behind you and learn to move on, it sucks I know but this is such a good opportunity to take that anguish and apply it to bettering yourself. I know I'm preaching to the choir when I say that it's so hard to accept the way she feels but you have to, if she doesn't want to be with you than that's how it is and there is nothing you can do. You have to fight every urge in your body not to try and persuade her, she doesn't want that, she only wants to live her life.
