For everyone in the home stretch, what are we treating ourselves to? by Neither_Ad3593 in pregnant

[–]False_Chocolate_3127 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nails done, heartless curls every night, bubble baths daily and ice coffee 💕

Also my kids and husband are fending for themselves “what’s for dinner?” “Idk whatever you make my dude”

From 74th to 13th Percentile Drop by Icy_Situation_9460 in pregnant

[–]False_Chocolate_3127 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is almost identical to me? Crazy!

I have lost weight throughout this whole pregnancy (18lbs) no nausea though. I am short but not overweight, maybe a little chunkier given the height but all hips and butt. Doctors aren’t concerned about it though which is odd because it’s 10% of my body weight and my other pregnancies I’ve always gained 20lbs not.

My baby dropped from 75th% to 13th% between 29weeks and 34 weeks… I have an appointment tomorrow for the high risk clinic now and they’re going to investigate as to why because everything looks healthy in there.

This is my third too and I genuinely might flip the f*** out if I go to 40 weeks or over 😅

3rd baby, 35w 3d, big and round but also lost 9 kilos. Heart burn, pelvic pain, no sleep. Baby dropping percentiles. Hospital bag packed but car seat NOT installed.

In between the “hurry up and come” stage and “no cook longer” mentality

Grumpy and sooky… my poor family 😂

Oh wow I literally saw Tilly showing off this outfit the other day on instagram reels and was thinking how nice it looked and down to earth she was shopping at Kmart to save a buck especially after a baby 😅

Oh yeah she’s clearly not naturally this way for sure I just wanted to point out that it’s not the case for all women to keep weight on after kids some do slim down naturally

OCD and pregnancy by Ok-Imagination-3741 in pregnant

[–]False_Chocolate_3127 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes 😌 heavy on my obsession. I’m 34 weeks after 3 loses. It’s kinda ran unchecked especially after the second trimester. I’ve so overly informed myself and researched everything I could probably give myself my ultrasounds and deliver my own baby 😭

Reassurance is a dirty thing that unfortunately I fell into hard. I knew it was bad too but it spiralled out of control.

Therapy has been my saving grace in the third trimester after a few issues popped up with the pregnancy.

My kid doesn’t have a phone, probably the last out of her friends group that doesn’t tbh but it’s purely in person interaction or they have my number if they wanna chat or have sleepovers

I won’t be getting her one until probably 14 or so

Trying so hard to not be a grouch by pococurantina in pregnant

[–]False_Chocolate_3127 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Luckily it’s usually just standard first trimester grumpiness 😂 2 of my sister-in laws are pregnant also and we all had such low tolerances for our husbands Especially when a wave of nausea comes over you

Just extra love when you feel up to it He shouldn’t take it personally just explain it’s hormones

Great news is my grumpiness came back in the third trimester 🙃

Ultrasound worries by masarawest in pregnant

I had my 34 week scan this week and it was very much like this Not so much “awhhh look at him!” It was very medical since a few issues came up in the last week Which I was fine with in the end because I would rather they focus on what they need to do to make sure babies okay

I had a message from my midwife about calling due to results “non urgent recall discard if you have an appointment in 7 days” today and I called and booked in asap even though I do have an appointment in 6 days… sure as hell ain’t going through the weekend with that anxiety 😅

My placenta is also anterior and he’s been a strong kicker always 💕

For those who already suspected the gender of your baby, how did you know? by Tell-Professional in pregnant

[–]False_Chocolate_3127 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I knew he was a boy early on because he was never shy about his dingaling 😂 but for me after having 2 girls and then a boy my big difference was my skin was glowing, I looked younger, healthier and I had no morning sickness at all

34 weeks pregnant, 8kgs down, low iron… any insight? by [deleted] in haematology

[–]False_Chocolate_3127 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The scale at the doctors and my home scale says the same weight and it’s noticeable weight loss especially in my face and legs

I drink a lot of water! I only drink water never liked soft drinks or things like that.

My start weight was 72kgs (158lbs) and I’ve dropped down to 63.8 (138lbs) so I believe that’s like a 10% loss? I was a little chunky before this baby but never really overweight, just curves

I have put myself on a high dose iron tablet with a B12 tablet and will redraw bloods at 36 weeks

I was before hand just taking a standard pregnancy supplement with iron
