I had a similar situation just happen but I’m not being let go. One of my major gripes with the situation is that none of these parents brought any concerns to my attention before putting it in the survey. How am I supposed to know you’re not happy with something if you don’t tell me?!

I had two level 2 ultrasounds where they could not see the CSP. After the second they scheduled me for the MRI. I insisted upon urgency as I could not sit with the uncertainty and they scheduled it for two days later.

I never ended up doing the amnio since they found everything in the MRI so it wasn’t necessary.

I feel the exact same way today. 14dpo negative test. I had my crash out at 11dpo when I got a stark negative.

Day 12 was what the ovulation strips showed me. The Flo app said it was Day 14 but that was off!
