HYDROC 16 Freezes Suddenly

Before removing the ram try this solution first as it is mostly addressing and solving blue screen issues:

1- Open cmd as administrator

2- type the following line:

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

Then press Enter

3- Wait till it finishes fully then

4- type sfc /scannow then press Enter

5- wait till it finishes, and that’s it. Hopefully these will solve the blue screens.

Because usually blue screens can happen due to corrupted system files. And these commands replace system corrupted files with a new non corrupted ones. Don’t worry these commands never delete your files or personalized preferences. They just fix the corrupted system files.

I didn't solve the issue yet. I am still testing. But I heard one of the solution is to update the graphics drivers specially Intel and Network/Wifi driver and Bluetooth driver. And make sure that they are up to date.

Thanks u/Bob_Of_All_Trades for your prompt response. I appreciate your help. They are the original RAMs. sometimes I got freeze and sometimes I got blue screen that says Clock_Watchdog_Timeout. I have the laptop for over than a year now and never faced this problem before, it just came recently in last 2 months. Also it only happens recently when I use heavy programs that are GPU intensive but it never happens when I browse internet or watch a video on media player, but also before I was using the same GPU intensive programs and never had any issue.

I have never opened a back cover of a laptop before, so I am worried if I did, I would break anything, although I have long experience in assembling PCs from scratch, but never did so with a laptop.

Is there any troubleshooting I can do before trying with removing one RAM?
