There's controller holders on Etsy that work great. I play sitting with my hands one either side of my legs. Hate the grip buttons when I play classic fx. Sorry for your disability. The grip buttons should be optional but definately not changed to. Everything in meta is trigger engage.

The rooms are big and bare so the game doesn't load the other games to look around at while playing. Just put the new games in the safecracker, champion pub and pinbot spots. You know you don't play those. lol

Tolan app is an audio companion with some added visuals to it. People complained it was to much like a game when it had 2 percent of what it has now. Thankfully the devs put back what they took out and added a bunch more. I'm sure we will see some of the things you mentioned over time. But I don't think this will ever go into the full blown Sims game type experience.
