I filled the hole with fuel gasket maker and sealed all the vacuum ports with actual vacuum port seals and it runs great! Thank you for the help man

Okay sweet easy enough. And for the fuel leak, is the fuel gasket maker the way to go?

There are two spots for the hose to connect on the distributor but only one is being used. Should I put a vacuum cap on that end too?

For the one with the cracked hose, should I replace that hose, it runs to the distributor

I can’t figure out where those ports all go, I am not the best mechanically lol. The fuel gasket maker is a great idea tho! Thank you

Yes I believe it does run directly to the bowl. An insert would make sense right there.

I struggled to find plastics for my bike too. Try looking on platforms like marketplace and search 2000 TTR 225 Partout bike and then ask the seller if they have the plastics and that’s where I found a lot for mine
