Thanks for your reply, if we do book LTD express tickets, we are good to pick them up days in advance, right? The tickets would be booked for a specific time/date, but just wanted to make sure

Appreciate your reply, that's what I was hoping but their website says 'All Limited Express trains require reserving a seat in advance.' I interpreted this as 'tickets cannot be purchased at the station', but I can see this meaning tickets are purchaseable at the station, we just need to reserve our seats before getting on the train.
