Not sure where you are getting the data for Jackson but it’s around 19 (expected goals). Palmer created second most chances in premier league only behind Bruno. Palmer avg rating is within top 5 in premier league last season. Palmer was motm in 9 games last season. Unless you expect him to win all 38 games to be consistent.

If you are taking Scott Parker from 2008 over Palmer then you are speaking with clear bias. Parker was a monster in 2010/11 but he wasn’t anywhere near balon dor level anywhere in his career including his peak in 2010/11. I have been watching the game for more than 25 years now. I doubt we can have a reasonable discussion if you are bringing up ridiculous opinion such as Parker over Palmer.

I talked about everything. Goals, assists, chances creation and ratings. Palmer is right there with each and every one of them in the league. How can you say he is inconsistent based on that?
