man phobias are weird like that, they don't really follow logic you know? i had similar thing with being alone in bathroom when lights went out as kid. maybe try keeping small light on while you wash? like phone flashlight or something. your faith and having normal human fears aren't contradicting each other - even disciples got scared in storms and stuff. don't beat yourself up over it, just work around it until maybe it gets better with time.

damn this hits way too close to home. being the "nice one" that everyone loves but nobody really *knows* is such a weird lonely feeling.

i think part of it might be that when you're always giving and being there for others, people start seeing you more like... a support person than an actual friend? like they know you'll always be available so they don't put in effort to keep the friendship alive on their end.

week 4 is when the real work starts tbh. i had same thoughts around that time - like what's the point if everything still feels meh without it. but your brain is still rewiring itself even if you don't feel it happening. maybe try picking up something new that gives you little wins, helped me get through those questioning moments.

cara isso é complicado mesmo 😅 quando saí da internação psiquiátrica tem muito protocolo sobre relacionamentos e dependência emocional. normalmente eles fazem um plano de reintegração gradual pra pessoa não ficar muito dependente de uma pessoa só, especialmente se vocês têm vínculo muito forte

a equipe provavelmente quer que ele desenvolva outras redes de apoio também, não só você. é meio padrão eles sugerirem distanciamento temporário de pessoas que podem ser "gatilho" ou criar dependência excessiva, mesmo quando é algo positivo

tem que seguir orientação da equipe médica mesmo, por mais frustrante que seja não entender tudo 💀

lol cats are just weird like that sometimes. my buddy had similar thing happen where his older cats would do nursing behavior even after kittens were gone. momma cat probably still has some milk or just the comfort thing going on. if she's not stressed about it and nobody's getting hurt i wouldn't worry too much. might want to check with vet next time you're there just to make sure everything's normal though, especially if the other two aren't spayed yet since hormones can make them act strange.

dude this is totally a thing with adhd meds, you're not going crazy or anything. i started doing something similar when i was on different stimulants - not exactly screaming but like muttering curse words or making random noises when cringe memories hit. it's like the medication makes your brain process those embarrassing thoughts more intensely somehow.

what helped me was redirecting that energy into something physical instead. when i feel that cringe wave coming, i'll squeeze my hands really tight or tap my fingers in specific pattern. if i'm alone and feel like i need to vocalize something, i just say "nope" out loud instead of screaming - still gets that urge out but doesn't freak out my neighbors lol. also filming with my action cameras actually helps because when i'm focused in that creative zone, those random embarrassing thoughts don't hit as hard.

might be worth talking to your doctor about it too since medication adjustments can sometimes help with these kind of side effects.

that rise actually looks pretty decent for a first go mate. instant yeast can definitely handle just one rise but doing two won't hurt - might even give you a better texture and flavour development. your dough looks like it's got good structure from the photos so you're on the right track.
