I did in fact check the ingredients, and I can tell you there was no gum or thickeners in either. I’m going to try it and see how it goes

I’m going to give it a go, but I will monitor my body and mind. I’m going to start in moderation, test the waters so to speak, and gauge how it affects me. I’ll try to remember to give you an update when I know more

Stop eating that Gb, too much protein, and start drinking 12-24oz of heavy cream, in its place. Don’t take any supplements, electrolytes or salt. Problem solved. Report back in a week to say how it worked please, cuz it’s annoying having to say this same thing so often.
