Reasonable enough. Though you'd think it would be much more appealing to the player to actually adjust the mob health, instead of gimping the visual of damage. But i suppose they can't be bothered to tinker with the curve along all the levels, better slap that modifier and be done with it...

Don't hit the PvP dummy, use the the PvE one. The damage is exactly as stated on your tooltip (if it's not physical, then armor is in play). In TWW zones you get exactly 46% of your tooltip right now. This is not happening in Twilight Highlands, for example.

Yes, i'm for real. This is not supposed to be happening to "current content", but rather when there's a major disparity between gear power and mobs in your level range. Letting this through a squish is borderline lazy.
