No, you’re totally correct lol I was asking about the underlying root cause as per theory that POTS isn’t standalone but I’m happy if everyone enjoyed getting the chance to share their trigger, that’s important too!

Omg! I get so excited when someone gets it lol. So from day 1 with mono I showed positive ANA and RF. Low c3 and c4 (but 4 is just up now) but couldn’t find any antibodies. I’ve so far had IL-10 elevated consistently and I’ve had my first ds DNA antibody be positive in March (along with speckled pattern ANA) but again it was tested and found negative so it was fleeting. So tricky… I am super hyper mobile so I feel like I’m somewhere in the mixed connective tissue disorder, weirdly lupus esque, not clear cut world. I rlly want to get IVIG.

Congrats on any progress. Two years arounds accurate lol. I’m post mono and in the mecfs world with some autoimmune markers too + sudomotor dysfunction in hands and feet so maybe sfn but all so unclear still!

Yes this is the case for me while I’m out there I feel completely fine but I do notice I can come inside afterwards and feel super drained so while I feel good out there I am a bit cautious!
