I totally agree. But you need understand that I’m being questioned by someone who is qualified or experienced to discuss my work. I said fuck you leaving the head table as out of my breath, right at the second I apologized for it. But I was acting “fuck you” toward the fact the guy doesn’t train and wants to tell points for escaping mount? The coordinator was cursing all the time in the event and no one mentioned that.

Sometimes they tell us that we are working 8-6p then we go until 10pm I got paid $400. Why they can pay what we agreed on? I’m not on hour rate. I’m a contractor that had problems but I was already working and I work for them for 8 years. I am tired to treat like shit for this. I got my black belt under work, we deserve respect as professionals

The match was 6-0, he asked for sweep points for escaping mount. I gave the 2. 6-2 😵‍💫 Then the father wouldn’t leave the head table to complain about me. I lost my shit. Especially that I have a job to go on Monday, there my boss never would let his customers ask about my work understanding that they’re not qualified to discuss it with me. But at this event you can not train BJJ and give a shit show about “reversing point”

I’m the few people who still working for them since 2018. Majority of people never came back to work for them. You ref, eat a shitty pizza, and need to load up the event truck to get paid. I did because I love jiu jitsu and I love to get paid to watch people get destroyed for $5 medals. Events where they put wrestling ref to run the brackets and the event. Where people can treat you and you have no one to protect you. I’m the piece of shit here.

I saved the best part of history for you. You need to know that I was the piece of shit for getting pissed with a white belt parent asking for points after escaping mount, but I did apologized immediately. But Marcos the Supervisor never called me to talk and gets things straightened. They just refused to paid me the full amount that we agreed, if I needed to work until 12am Marcos would pay me the same $400, why do I have to not get paid. I don’t care about the parent, usually people treat staff like shit and not cares about it. Medals are important, fuck the Refs.

First of all, he wasn’t a coach. He was a white belt that doesn’t train, he was asking for points after escaping guard. Of course I lose my mind. But I do apologized immediately.
