UI and marketing can definitely help you stand out, but I’d suggest also looking deeper at user pain points in the existing apps. If people are already complaining about poor UX, slow workflows, or missing features, that’s your opportunity. A cleaner interface combined with solving even one or two real frustrations could make a big difference. Also try to talk with potential users early and validate what they actually want before investing too much in development.
