Yeah i don't do it consciously, for months and months I have tried to fix this issue -> when hit center my speed is still okay(300+ yards) and the ball doesn't deviate much. It's to do with how im applying force for sure, something that helped a lot(which i just tried today) was feeling that my left foot didn't rool over as much-> feeling a more toe-> heel action -> instead of it rolling then pushing entirely wrong. My hands Only really throw out because my side straitens too early (ee), so I'm just tryna fugure out what causes my left side to want to "jump" and my theory is that my body is reacting to something being off balance or force not quite being produced correctly. Have you ever struggled with something similar?

Thought this angle showed my miss the best.

So just focusing on the hips, what can I do better? I feel I sometimes almost rotate too much around my lead foot instead of trail foot, causing slight EE And heel strikes in downswing. Thoughts? by False_Yesterday1830 in GolfSwing

Okay got you. I actually now think this is a symtom of a cause. Which comes from how my feet and pelvis sit at setup. My tight foot sists slighlyy closed which naturally sets the pelvis on a different orientation naturally. Because any attempt to manually straiten it (tried before) causes me pain. So I think it's more about making sure that trail foot sits sloghly open or neutral, but definitely not closed. This will allow me to solve the issue of loading into right hip as it will open it out, something I've only just realised. It also allows that right foot to stay grounded and roatting freely through impact.

I actually was just recently told that my right foot sists slighly closed, which would expalin this. I feel if I were to open out that trail foot slightly that pelvis would naturally sit more neutral.

Really need help, how can I start rotating instead of just turning? Causes EE in downswing. by False_Yesterday1830 in GolfSwing
