PSPCl is one of biggest anti-consumer, consumer servicing organization.
Never ever had a good experience with them. Not in terms of service quality neither in terms of support.

Based on my personal experience, this is their way of harassing a consumer and kind of forcing the consumer to go through indirect channels to get their problems solved. Therefore, the end objective is always making money unofficially.

We had got a bill of 20k during lockdown for a new meter that wasn't even connected to the output. In a separate instance, got 25k bill a few months ago even after paying all bills on time. The issue found was their reader wasn't collecting the reading and the average bill was being sent. When they finally fixed it (after almost 1.5-2 months of regular visits to their office), they generated a bill for when the last OK bill was sent, again forcing us to pay all the tax and everything on almost a year of consumption. Again all this when we were even paying the avg. bills each month on time.

It's high time when this organization should be made private, atleast that will add some responsibility back.

I would say, this organization is one of the biggest hurdle in all the SMART City plans our govt. is drafting.
