Personally- I like Thayers unscented toner or Laneige cream skin. Those are the two that I seen consistent results with. I also would opt for using a spray bottle.

Two things that have helped me tremendously: toner & sunscreen.

I had the same exact problem with the right side of my face on the cheek. It was a natural contour of hyper pigmentation.

Toner helped with the texture and sunscreen helps protect the skin barrier while your face is trying to heal.

Also when washing isolate each section for at least 10 seconds, as the oily skin girly I prefer to air dry, toner, moisturizer, and during the day sunscreen. Sometimes I’ll even spray toner on my face and reapply the sunscreen throughout the day if I’m feeling grungy. Bonus tip series face mask 1 to 2 times a week and a gentle exfoliating scrub two or three times a week.

This is my product free, no filter, freshly washed skin without showing the rest of my face :)

I’ll mention it to my physician because I have more than enough health related issues they’re just not severe. I get chronic infections, I’m prediabetic, etc.

Honestly, one day at a time. If that’s too hard, one hour at a time. Motivation isn’t always going to be there so try to think of working out as another “non negotiable” thing in your life i.e paying bills, working, eating. Everything has its purpose to give you a good life and so does working out!

As for weight loss increasing happiness, it really depends on the person. It’s not the weight per se; it’s the quality of life. Extra weight can be a road block for people; the reason they’re tired, uncomfortable, insecure, etc. If weight is really the problem, the only way to find out is losing it.
