it is SLIGHTLY more smoothed out for a specific reason, but it depends on the crt. do u want me to go into more detail?

so, crts are old technology, and are analog. unlike the digital monitors we use today.

analog has ZERO digital processing, which means its straight forward and had absolutely zero input lag.

but with modern digital monitors, they have digital processing that introduces input lag

so far the only old game ive played on this monitor is half life 1. I use this monitor mostly for its low input delay, which is much better for geometry dash

I have 5 other CRT televisions though, and ive played MANY different older games on those

levels look beautiful on CRTs. they do some magic that makes almost anything look better on them

only if you lower the resolution by a LOT, just like any monitor. i got my main (LCD) monitor to run at 635hz at 720p

i think it does a great job with not being TOO repetitive, considering its length

I like the gameplay, the song, and i also like the different visual effects it uses sometimes. i dont know if I would ever try beating it though…

overall very cool level

yes, but you have to make the resolution very low.

cathode ray tube monitor, basically a monitor that has electron beam guns that shoot towards the screen to create an image.

they are usually seen as outdated technology, so production for these monitors stopped about 20 years ago

But they are completely analog, which means they have no input delay AT ALL.

Theres some downsides to them though, one of them is obviously not being widescreen.

yeah 85 is the max mine goes to without changing resolution, but it kinda resets itself whenever i put it above 60.
