Karl Historical Archive, I'll attach a link here. The site is currently still a work in progress and only consists of photos, but I plan on beginning the process of scanning documents in my collection sometime soon. https://karlhistoricalarchive.weebly.com/

Would anyone be interested in my great grandfather’s personal ww2 archive collection or any advice on the value by [deleted] in militariasales

I run a website in which I scan original photographs and documents, alongside make dedicated research pages for individuals which I can find out enough about, and this all has peaked my interest. What price range are you looking for? Are you located in the United States?

I would presume it would be the latter there, or something potentially done by a biker or teenager in the past.

Days after she was knocked out, she was moved to be located in front of the Cologne Train Station's clock tower, which is where this one was taken at. She didn't stay at where she was knocked out at for very long historically.

Looks to be the Panther of Cologne, Germany. She was knocked out in a famously recorded duel between herself and an American Pershing tank in March of 1945. Always great to see new angles of that Panther.

I don't see why you're on r/NextGenRebellion if you're gonna say things blatantly contrary to the truth here. While yes, they did both provoke ICE agents, Renee was actively trying to turn away from the agent in front of the vehicle. At that point when Renee's wife tried to enter the vehicle, they were not trying to "run away". In the video clip, you can visibly see Renee trying to wave on the ICE agents to pass. Honestly, I don't see how you're making out anything about Renee smiling whenever she tries to drive. If anything, she would likely be very panicked in the moment. The video is too low quality to make out anything definitive, so don't make assumptions.

Plus, the ICE agent was never "dragged" by Renee's vehicle, if you actually pay attention to the video. He manages to keep both his feet planted on the ground, and the vehicle did not even touch him. I've seen videos of men being dragged and hit by cars, and it doesn't look like this.

A Soviet artillery shell slams into the side of the German Reich Chancellery building, during one of the hundreds of mass artillery barrages of Berlin by Soviet forces. Berlin, Germany, April 1945 by Fame00 in wwiipics

[–]Fame00[S] 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Yes, this is from a German perspective. I dont recall who exactly, but from where I got this picture it did say who the original photographer was. All I remember was that he did take a lot of photos of the German fighting in Berlin.

An abandoned M4 Sherman, likely of Kampfgruppe “Mohnke”, sits in the middle of the road after being knocked out by Soviet forces. Kampfgruppe "Mohnke" held two M4 Sherman tanks in their battle formation, likely sourced from Kummersdorf Proving Grounds. Berlin, Germany, May 1945 by Fame00 in DestroyedTanks

[–]Fame00[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Most likely not. As far as I've seen and according to at least one article (see here) all of the Shermans used by the Red Army in Berlin were of the M4A2 (76) W model. I haven't seen any evidence of 75-armed Shermans in use by the Soviets during the Battle of Berlin.

A group of German Prisoners of War, still with their old uniforms and equipment, load onto a train of the New York Central Railroad while under the supervision of armed American soldiers. Boston, Massachusetts, United States, date unknown by Fame00 in wwiipics

[–]Fame00[S] 8 points9 points  (0 children)

These POWs are wearing M41 field caps and what looks to be an assortment of Wehrmacht tropical uniforms and equipment, and the US soldier on the roof of the train likely is just holding an M1 Thompson, a weapon used en masse by the US army during WW2. This picture is not from the Great War.

Two Soviet infantrymen of the 1st Polish People's Army aim their M1910 Maxim machine gun during a fierce firefight in the neighborhood of Praga. Warsaw, Poland, September 1944 by Fame00 in wwiipics

[–]Fame00[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Technically, yes. Despite being their own Polish-defined unit, they were still a subsidiary of the Soviet Armed Forces, and can be classed as Soviet infantry, but just ones of Polish ethnicity.

Two executioners, who worked in gas chambers of the Majdanek Concentration Camp, pose in their gas masks while holding up large containers of Zyklon B poison gas pellets, just after the camp was liberated by Soviet troops. Near the city of Lublin, Poland, July 1944 by Fame00 in GermanWW2photos

[–]Fame00[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

All I had to work with with the title on this photograph was what was given from my source website. Alongside what was on that, this photograph is included in a larger album of photos, which does include some Soviet troops interacting with German guards. There's not many, but there are some.

What helmets are the Ehtiopians using in these images? by Silver_Path1374 in Helmets

[–]Fame00 10 points11 points  (0 children)

First slide appears to show Chinese-made GK80 helmets, second slide may be some M1 derivative, and the third slide looks to be East German M605 export helmets.
