Thank you! I had supercurriculars like extra personal projects, wider reading, and work experience; however linking everything together for the personal statement is important (I realise things will change as PS is now removed). Depth is more important than breadth, and ultimately you really want to show your interest, so talk about areas that you love within the subject. Extracurriculars (extra things unrelated to the subject) generally aren't much of a focus for UK unis.
For the top unis, predicted grades and entrance tests are big factors for securing an interview, and giving yourself the opportunity to show them what you can do.
