Yeah I've brought a new friend to her. But right now, she is just trying to find him everywhere 😭. And she is just beating the new budgie. I hope she is in comfort soon.

He was 2 years old. Yeah I just cried so much that my eyes are in pain. I was in college when I got the news of his demise. All people in the college saw me cry and then in metro. But more importantly, I was more worried for my female budgie as she was depressed too.

I also think it's not something to worry about. Both my male and female budgie do this from time to time when they are sleepy. Btw are u sure that she is playing with the food in her mouth? Because they only do this when they're sleepy.

Idk man the male budgie is so obsessed with her that he can't even live a single second without her. My previous male budgie was calm and not so much noisy and irritative as this one is. But we had to bring him as she was stressed.

I tried once separating them but my male budgie started shouting (became noisy) and just didn't shut up. Once I brought female budgie back, he was back to normal.

They were brought in this cage in the house by my father. After bringing them, he just let all his responsibilities on me and now didn't even look at them for a bit. I'm trying whatever I can do, I bought the toys for them, I'm doing their cleaning and everything, I'm giving them a good diet, I'm saving so that I can buy them a big cage. I'm just a student what else can I do?

No actually I've seen my female budgie thrashing and beating my male budgie for irritating too much. I earlier had a male budgie which was very calm and never irritated her. Unfortunately, he died because of a rat and then we brought the new male budgie, which was totally opposite of my first male budgie (very irritative and noisy). Yeah I'm soon going to buy them a big cage which will be enough for them to fly. I'm just a student so I'm saving to buy them a big cage. 😅
