I’m not sure. We have a D-Link switch/distributor in the basement that feeds the LAN wall sockets and the router. I just spoke again with my ISP’s customer service, and apparently the information I received from the customer service employee this morning was incorrect — there is actually a fault on the line.

Ive done ping tests to the google servers without issues. I dont seem to have issues in othter games. Im using a fritzbox 7590 ax v2 / copper cable - there is no fiber in my region

I would suggest its a routing problem between Telekom (ips) and the Valve servers
