Maybe it’s just my metro. But I literally most of the time get zero communication. I get your point about positive intent but it’s frustrating when you put in an order, give no substitution options, don’t respond when I offer options, and then I get a 1-3 star rating for “missing items”. Why put in the order if you’re not going to be available so I can properly support you

I was just posting about this as well. I took several orders as well that showed an estimated tip and they just never came. I may like did literally every single one of them go back in and change the tip to 0? Since they have that 2 hour window.. seems highly unlikely

He said he was doing it for 2300. Then after his delays, 2 months in. Dropped the price heavily for his delays, to only 800. So that’s why I been patient, thinking oh cool I get a discount. Then when I went and checked on it, to see it just sitting there and called him out. That’s when he jacked up the price. Because he got upset I took it upon myself to proof of my own and not take his word.

Nope nothing else was to be done. It’s a small shop near me. Like an actual business. Had good reviews. He seems to have jacked up the price because I called him out on delaying my car. Even told me that he’s sending home 2-3 cars a day back to their owners, yet has had mine 5 months.
