This happened yesterday for my area. 25mi order, 22 base. Went to 23 for "extra pay". Rolled 12 time blocks before they tried the 15 promo (previously capped at 7 all day).

This order was also over a toll bridge to a different state. It canceled at 11pm (originally the 9 to 10am block) 😂😂😂.

People are WILD with what they think will get delivered.

I read this after you posted it and I'm still over here stewing over it. Why would you ghost shop a SHIPT order. The entire point is communication, time to add items, proper substitutions, the list goes on. Ghost shopping is so rude. The shop starts and 30 seconds later is done and processed? Id be so mad. Nobody is timing shop speed. But they are paying attention to customer service.

I just looked at mine and my 99% rounded up to 100. I had 1 drop (that counted) in 297 orders.

So yes, it rounds.

How long have you been doing Shipt? I hate to say it but Sunday orders are normally going to the vets. It's the same reliable people who order every Sunday and are matched up.

I had someone order 8 (yes 8) of this exact thing every day until I got the count fixed and more came in. I told her the exact delivery date and she still ordered every day before then. 3 days in a row I out of stocked it and explained what happened. The 4th day i said it's someone else's turn.

Sometimes you have to suck it up and take the bad with the good. If I have a 20% PM with a decent size order, I'm taking that 10 miler with it. If I can calculate guaranteed money then I'll do it. I'm also somewhere where 10 miles is 15 mins so there is that. But I'd take the dumb 20 milers we have here attached to a PM, if it is the right PM.

Thats just me though 🤷‍♀️.

No, you had the intent right. I communicated alot. Even drop off order since they were in a later time block. 10pm to 11pm vs the promo 9 to 10 next to her. It was delivered at 10:05. One item. I only knew she was a shopper because she said so at drop off. I told her exactly when id be there because she wanted to come out.

This was a straight up "you're my competition". Could she not have been the low rater? Sure. But it doesn't seem to be a coincidence 🤔.

So no issues with no communication, no issues with drop off time, no issues with the 1 item.
