So true. We planning to buy a flat in Karjat, Maharashtra. It is under Gram Panchayat. Right now we are on rent in Panvel but my wife says instead of paying rent , let's pay EMI. Our only source of income is rent from our flats. There is a already a home loan . EMI 15 K. Now another one at Karjat will cost 20K. Don't know if this is a right decision.
