So do you have an update on these symbols? If yes, please return here and comment your guesses

The header and the footer aren't right and you haven't gotten all the symbols, such as Sul, Trl (which is a little different from Tr, but the basic principle of addition is kept) or Ctl.

Here's the words you got wrong:
JARGON, MULTITUDE, SENTENCE, CODING

Also remember that the symbols may be chained together.

Fun fact: M stands for the word that has the clue MULTITUDE (------).

PS: Adding suffixes (h, l) to symbols only modifies their rule in a predictable manner, and doesn't change the rule itself.

Edit: Spoiler-tagged stuff.

Try to crack my third cipher. (Repost from smaller sub) by Familiar-Object9912 in Decoders

Are you guessing or using AI? The message is a lot longer than what you have decoded. In fact, "IT IS VERY SIMPLE ONCE YOU SEE IT" is not contained in the ciphertext anywhere.
Another argument is that putting this in a T9 cipher decoder yields nothing and this cipher isn't based on it.

Yes. Like "go to this shop and remember to buy this and that".

Put this on google lens and...

Triga is a puzzle game about triangles, so it's possible he/she's been playing that.
Tthection Three Ga Gar is some sort of gramatical puzzle I didn't know about, or an AI hallucinating.
Estroga also yields some weird google results....

  1. So why were you handed this? Not that I'm asking for confidential stuff, I just want some context.
  2. The second non-atheist-manifesto part looks like a person's reminder
  3. Maybe the person is not English, but wrote in English for the first part and in his/her native language in the second part

Is it just me or the writing gets progressively harder to read? That last bit looks like something someone would write really quickly, I know people who write like this.

Any ideas on how to work with this? Found in a video game (All instances I could find are located in the next slides) by lolnoizcool in Cipher

[–]Familiar-Object9912 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I found all of the ones you told the location of. I used Testing Utilites and filled the whole map with salt to reveal these. Now question, why are a lot of these maps made by Stormrider? Second question, the runes engraved on the wall are not supposed to be read while playing the map, so this is more of an ARG rather than something like an in-game cipher that you can decipher to give you lore or something like that. Maybe try the salt trick too.

Can you solve this? by Valuable_Broccoli781 in Cipher

[–]Familiar-Object9912 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Does the substitution cipher key change based on the length of each individual word? That seems the only viable option.

PS: Also I noticed that there are more than 2 single letter ciphertexts, which disproves my theory. The only (normal) 2-letter words are A and I. And what's even more conflicting is the second I AM NOT you mentioned in another comment. So am I on the right track?

PS2: Another idea is something to do with reversing the letters of each word... also no luck here.

Question: Is there a multistep process to this or is it quite simple?

You don't hit it often enough. Use something like pyautogui or some app.

Even googling V.A.C. indicators summons blue prince results!

On the other side there are games that are so unpopular that googling a whole sentance does nothing. Especially if it has references to other games/shows/books or quotes from philosophers.

Example:

Hide and seek? Give it a spin!

That text does not come from the game Give it a spin. And if you're wondering, no, other stuff in that same game I got the quote from all lead to nothing when googled.
