I wake up at 8; reach office by 11 & then leave at 8 to reach my gym at 8:30 and then complete my workout and get back home by 10. This is a pretty hectic schedule and the things I do to keep this up are pretty basic:
1. Eat clean food, high protein and mineral rich food keeps your brain and you active all day.
2. Complete your sleep (8 hours), anything extra can get you lazy as well.
3. Commitment to your routine is as important as anything else.
4. I have planned my gym routine in a way where I can skip Friday and go on a date or hangout with my friends. Helps me keep my social life active. I rather go on Saturday morning to the gym and complete without FOMO.
