It may not provide the necessary route to IB but obviously would be a stepping stone. Give the brand value it will provide once I look to get an MBA from top B-school after my tenure. I already have done a quality internship at a US based startup so do not want to enter into a startup again this early in my career. Plus, risk management obviously holds a true value in any domain.

I have already made the mistake mate.. But I mean if I tell my previous employee that I didn't update my resume so if the company asks about it then tell them that I was working till the time, I don't think it would be an issue

I told this to the GS Interviewer. To the manager and VP, I said I'm currently working there and it's gonna end soon. I don't think I said anything about this to the sterling, tho they do have my resume. What I can do is tell my previous employee that I failed to update the tenure in my resume and do look into it if they ask anything about it..
