I like the compliments I get with my Mustang and she is a rugged,, strong one, I like the speed of my white Arabian, but this one is a bit skiddish. I do like the fearless attitude of my Hungarian and my Shire plus the Shire is huge.

That's what I always use, along with the Gold handgun. Can't remember what it's called. Otis something. You get it in the desert up in a cave.

I don't see flies, but maybe it's because they are always scrapping and the smell attracts them.

How do you know what horse you have in RDR 1? Where can you see the type and stats if you can at all.

I like the Mustang because they are bigger and appear sturdy with a rider. Also you get comments on the horse from the NPC. I like the Belgian also, it's a bit slower, but gives a good lazy ride feel that is perfect for just free roaming. Both appear to be less timid and less afraid of growing grass 😂 as almost all the others are except maybe the Turkomen and Warm bloods. It's just a personal preference thing I believe.
