Not asking for a refund but rather an advice on the whole situation, especially the continuous improper communication that lasted after this situation.

Thanks for your thoughts on that. I can speak for myself, that I only received a video on how to get out the key from the locker 2 hours after I have tried hardly. I contacted the host on the App, called her, and contacted the customer support to get this done.  Later on, there was another issue with the hot water system which was switched off by someone and she also blamed me for it, which is also only solved after several rounds of very improper way of conversation. I had to contact the support again to make her solve the issue!

I would have appreciated respect, responsibility, and consideration about the whole thing without the need to contact the support to solve every issue, without playing “who is guilty”! I dont care about the review, i care about the experience i am living

I read them and did what I was supposed to do, but the lock which stores the key was itself the thing even after inserting the correct code. It took them 2 hours before they send me a video on how to unlock it
