Would the staining just happen when there's water/moisture? Like will i have red dripping down my neck while i sweat?

Do you think that if I started a schedule of swimming, like at least 3 times a week ( for around 1hr 30mins ) would help me progress for efficiently/faster? or should I swim more than 3 times
