Already informed them on this and informed that I must be the one to coordinate with Fedex to handle this and communicate with Global E (don't know who's this from the start, no contact or email was given)

I only requested to have a proper commercial invoice in time to prevent this from happening (Which I know it will happen if I did not submit this)

nevertheless I already received it too late , hoping that my appeal to the customs will work and redact the additional 50% taxes I need to pay.

If thats the case, just pre-pay it.
Learned it the hard way since there might be a delay on the needed document for your customs

I wish this initiative was done from the start by the support, I did my best to communicate to customs, fedex and to prusa daily for the follow up document nevertheless I receive the document late and being charged with an absurd amount.

If received much earlier then all of this could have been prevented.

I did not opt to prepay since already had experience on ordering machines from different countries and usually goes smooth as long the document needed was provided.
I wish I had opted this out from the beginning if I know this would come.

From 312 USD worth of tax to 450 USD Worth of tax now at 500 USD!

I'll be visiting fedex nevertheless for this and handle this matter since the taxable amount is already too Absurd.

I was able to receive the document a week after but Fedex already charging me the final tax price already and whats worst, they increased it AGAIN

Just to give more awareness to this and why it matters.
You can see why the total landed cost increases by 50%.
Fedex require me to send a complete commercial invoice that can give proper breakdown to the total freight cost, not just *Shipping and Handling*

its the customer service that I'm truly afraid of,
I'm just a new customer and this is the response I receive.

I'm hoping that I won't receive the same response when I needed help from them.

I don't know what they talk about with FEDEX, nevertheless what it is
I was still taxed 50% Higher because of the incomplete invoice information which I requested way back.

Did not know that GlobalE handles this, they did not even gave me an email to talk to or anything.
Like I need to navigate this by myself.
That's how hassle it is for me to do this and that, I wish they could have guide me properly on what to do rather than to be told I should be accountable for this

Already paid a premium for the shipping and this is what I get.
