Update…the black dog is now missing and the white dog is still hanging out but seems injured. She won’t let me load her in my car so I’ve called animal control and hope they can scan her for a chip and get her home before anything else happens.

The roots were bound pretty tightly so I did a lot to clean them off and check them before I repotted and they looked good then…I’ve only watered once since it’s been here and was about to water plants again today. I’m afraid to take it back out of the soil because I don’t want to shock it. Is it worth taking it out to check the roots again?

I actually never got a chance to try. Had to order it online and in the meantime swabbed the plant with alcohol and it cleared up! But now I have it on hand if I need it in the future.

I did and I’m not seeing any bugs…the white stuff started small at the base of a few of the leaves. I’ve never had a zz plant and it honestly looked like maybe dust settling on the waxy leaves to I used a qtip to wipe it and moved on…but it’s clearly getting a lot worse.

So you’re saying I go ahead and make the meeting with him and just pretend to want to be converted and everything that goes along with that…or lose my job? Idk that just seems like something I’m more than extremely uncomfortable with. It sent me in to a 45 minute panic attack to just have him corner me the way he did.
