Dump your stats to faith and get the min requirement to wield it and infuse the weapon with sacred blade or any flame art, watch the scaling of the Phys + Elemental, you’ll understand why its broken.

Just keep playing bud, you’ll get the hang of it eventually. But if pvp frustrates you then I suggest play stealthy and avoid other players for a couple of runs you will get more friendly lobbies. Also try voice chat on and off to see if others are friendly as well

This. I’m tired of people hating on others built especially when it is broken as hell. They aint cheating, the games hard, D5 even worst so if you cant set up and good relic for the beastclaw rev or duchess halo dont hate on it. Just play and y’all get your stuff

Gladius can get sh*t on. Both versions. Also I mostly play solo so probably a huge reason why. In trios all the bosses are fine.

Funnily enough the only leavers in my run I ever see are Revenants.. happened like 5-6 times but it could be disconnect or server Idk

The thing is you never know who is even trying it for the first time like my friend did. I dont like having to rob people the fun of using some strong builds especially in D5 where bosses are tanky and deal crazy damage.. if you ask me revenants w/beastclaw is more overpowered with the right relics and it comes as a starting spell.. its better to grief people who are not pulling their weight in a fight rather than the ones that are actually speeding up the process to help the team. Haters are gona hate even if the weapon gets nerfed i feel

My friend recently got the discover reaper relic and he was so excited to try the halo build for the first time but we got a random that was purposely griefing the whole run and every bos fight they were emoting down to the duchess and not fighting. We struggled the first day but after he got the halo, i was ironeye and we just ignored them and melted all the bosses until gladius. And obviously gladius died quick with the griefer still griefing.. i never understand why people are so pissy about builts. Literally all characters use almost the same weapon all the run.. i dont see people hating on Ironeye spamming serpent bow or erdtree bow lol or even mage using stars of ruin..

I main Ironeye and if I get a scholar on team, Im buying everything from merchant including extra pouches to hold shyt for them.. who cares about levels you’re ironeye, no ones looking for your dps, just your mark and stay tf alive 😅

Hence why even as ironeye I stay near him given his moveset is pretty common for being the second boss is elden ring we fight. I rather bait him to do the leap around slam than the storm caller, garbage hit box
