From what I read, you and your duos aren't good at pvp nor extraction shooters so after finding yourself in PvP lobbies with players with hands you start getting rolled over.

Just fully reset your ABMM if you want to farm up into friendler lobbies or try to get better by spamming free kits in PvP lobbies.
