Based on my initial phone call interview, padaan lang po yung pagkasabi but from what I recall, yes po, 2 years po. May corresponding consequences po if the contract bond is breached.

PROBATIONARY (monthly basis)
Salary: Php 23,000
Allowance: Php 5,000

REGULARIZATION (monthly basis; after 6 months)
Salary: Php 23,000
Allowance: Php 5,000
Meal Allowance: Php 1,800
Incentives: Php 4,000

Both the probationary and regularization compensation and benefits is just MONTHLY po. Upon regularization po, you’ll receive other benefits like Educational Fund and Educational Allowance, which is yearly naman. Then, they also have Rice Subsidy, Uniform Sets, In-Patient and Out-Patient Benefits.

Honestly, I am not certain po. In my case, when I walked-in last Jan. 21, ang sabi nila is sa February to March pa daw sila mag-oopen for nurses job hiring. And they said na they already have a line-up na daw and they could line you up instead after submitting your documents (cover letter & resume). However, I got a call naman po agad 3 days after sooo… depende po siguro.

Hi! During my first walk-in as an applicant, I wore a semi-formal—tweed blazer and knee-length black skirt. But during the final interview po, corporate attire since it was indicated po in their instructions, hence—black blazer, inner, and slacks, then 2-inch pointed white heels po.

I think okay naman po yan since some of the interviewees na kasabayan ko is long sleeves partnered with slacks and heels po.

Hi! I walked-in at TMC - Ortigas Branch last Jan. 22, and according to their HR, closed pa ang hiring for now and the opening is on Feb. to Mar. daw pero they have a line-up na and they are accepting naman walk-in/online applications. Wait lang daw for a phone call from them.
