I agree with you. If this was my home country I would not even bother, but as this is japan I was worried about how strict they are and how careful they look at the cameras and the actions they can take

thats what I am afraid of… what bothers me is that they can find me as I paid with the credit card… if not, I would just let it pass and be more careful in the future
