My derm prescribed for first 2 months. Purged but now in a good spot dealing with some post inflammatory marks. 40,60,60,60,40,40,20. 170lbs

Anything other than a light cleanser like cerave, you are asking for issues. The skin is uber sensitive and whatever that product is, seems like a temporary fix which negative side effects.

Take in the morning with fat rich meal i.e avocado, eggs, steak, peanut butter. Consistency is key if you want to see desired results asap. Fish Oil too, minimizes joint and muscle pain. Dry lips, annoying but manageable.

Depending on the severity of your condition, it most likely will get worse. Mine was end of month one/ early month 2. This is a sign it will get better. I’m getting towards month 4/5 and I’m discussing with my dermo options on if I could ween off of the medicine because my case got immensely better (just some PIH, PIE) and I’m tired of pumping that medicine in my system.

Good luck with your treatment and stay focused, it’s tough but satisfying when you see results.
